The training
Tripod Beta is a structured methodology designed to investigate and analyse incidents by identifying human and organisational factors that contribute to failures. Based on the Swiss Cheese Model and Human Behaviour theory, it is widely used in high-risk industries to enhance safety and reliability.

Bronze Tripod Beta Practitioner
This is the entry-level certification, focusing on acquiring a theoretical understanding of the Tripod Beta methodology and terminology. After completing this level, you will be able to interpret Tripod diagrams and reports and contribute as a team member to incident investigations.

Certification
- Valid for 2 years
- After obtaining Bronze, participants can progress to the Silver level
Gold Tripod Beta Practitioner
This is the highest level of Tripod Beta accreditation, demonstrating the ability to lead a full-scale incident analysis based on a real or historical case. Gold Practitioners have expertise in the management of complex investigations and the implementation of organisational safety improvements.

Silver Tripod Beta Practitioner
At this level, you demonstrate the ability to conduct a Tripod analysis independently, based on a case study. This involves identifying events, failed barriers, and underlying causes in a structured manner.
